These terms govern your use of the FlowlyApps website and products.

By accessing https://www.flowlyapps.com or using products under the FlowlyApps umbrella (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Acceptance
These Terms form an agreement between you and FlowlyApps. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services.
Services Description
FlowlyApps provides productivity tools and related websites. Individual products under the FlowlyApps umbrella may have additional product pages, features, and usage details. Current products include Document Approval for Google Docs™.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Services
- Interfere with other users’ access to the Services
- Submit or share content that you do not have the right to submit or share
- Use the Services to harass, threaten, or target individuals in unlawful or abusive ways
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through FlowlyApps products. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services.
You are responsible for what you submit and share, including ensuring you have any needed permissions.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- How you use and share product links or outputs
- Complying with applicable privacy, workplace, and confidentiality rules
- Respecting third-party platform terms, including Google’s terms where applicable
- Keeping your devices, browser, and account access secure
Intellectual Property
The Services, including branding, design, text, and software, are owned by FlowlyApps or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our prior written permission.
Third-Party Platforms
Some products interact with third-party platforms such as Google Docs and other Google services that we do not control. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. FlowlyApps is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product or the website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
